A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments.

 

We kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows us enough time to offer the appointment to another guest and helps protect our stylists' income and schedules.

 

No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.

 

We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen. If you are experiencing a true emergency, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work with you on a case-by-case basis.
